Course Descriptions

HP LaserJet P2055/P2035
The P2055 and P2035 are lower end units but also common requiring service. The units are not designed for easy replacement of parts and trouble-shooting which is where this becomes helpful. This course will address printer functionality, paper path and sensor, menus and common break/fix information. Most importantly will be the tips and tricks to remove covers and key components of the units so a service tech can spend as little time as possible on the unit but still make the repair.
