WALTER TO HEAD PARTS NOW!’S PURCHASING & STRATEGIC BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Madison, Wis., April 25, 2002 – Armed with an extensive professional network and knowledge of the printer parts industry, Tom Walter is excited to bring his skills to international printer parts distributor Parts Now!. Walter, recently hired as the Director of Purchasing & Strategic Business Development, will use this knowledge to seek new business opportunities—and make Parts Now!’s current business run more efficiently.

In addition to overseeing the part purchasing aspect of the business, Walter is also responsible for finding opportunities and discovering trends in the imaging marketplace at large. This, said President & CEO Dan Olszewski, is integral to keeping Parts Now!’s level of growth as high as it has been in the recent years.

“Tom Walter is another intelligent, high quality individual that has joined Parts Now! in the last few years, bringing unique knowledge of the printer part industry with him,” Olszewski said. “He’s going to have a positive influence on multiple aspects of our business.”

Previously, Walter acted as the Senior Manager of Service Operations for Canon U.S.A., Inc. in their Digital Home and Personal Systems Division. One of his most important achievements was the development and execution of Canon’s Authorized Service Parts Distributor program. Prior to Canon, Mr. Walter served as Operations Supervisor for Panasonic Company, where he was responsible for managing the complete operations functions for their Western region product returns and refurbishing operations.
