PARTS NOW! RELEASES QUICK REFERENCE GUIDE ON WEBSITE

Madison, Wis., July 10, 2002—Parts Now!, an international distributor of printer parts, has announced they have released their popular printer part resource, the Quick Reference Product & Service Guide, on their website at www.partsnow.com. The Guide, which includes high turnover parts for HP and Lexmark printers, had previously been available only as in hard copy form.

The move comes in response to customer feedback that had shown strong support for the Guide to be included in Parts Now!’s online content. Director of Marketing & Strategy Jason Jensen wasn’t surprised when he heard the customer’s voice.

“We’ve provided the Quick Reference Product & Service Guide to our customers as a free resource for years,” Jensen said. “But sometimes our customers don’t have their hard copy with them. Adding the Guide to our website will allow them access to this crucial information wherever they go.”

Jensen was quick to point out that customers will still be able to obtain a free hard copy of the guide, which also includes quick lists of maintenance kits, service manuals, and printer memory, along with printer repair service notes.
