Madison, Wis., March 1, 2005 – If the amount of traffic at their booth was any indicator, the ITEX 2005 tradeshow was a success for international printer parts distributor Parts Now!. “There was a steady stream of visitors to our booth,” Vice President of Marketing and Strategy Jason Jensen said. “It was a pleasure for our staff to have the opportunity to meet with many of our customers, as well as some new faces.”

Many of those new faces were copier dealers who had attended one of the classes led by Parts Now! Director of Training Steve Geishirt and are looking to enter the printer repair business.

“Our classes really focused on the basics of starting up a printer repair operation, and doing it profitably,” Geishirt said. “The feedback that we heard was that these classes give copier dealers the confidence to add printer repair to their service line.”

One memorable aspect of Parts Now!’s experience at ITEX 2005 was their booth’s football theme. Parts Now! staff wore jerseys, handed out Gatorade and mini footballs, and invited attendees to test their skill throwing a football at the Quarterback Pass Attack game.

“From an attendee standpoint, it’s important to gather as much information as possible at a show like ITEX,” Jensen said. “But when you’re in Las Vegas, it’s okay to have a little fun, too.”
