Parts Now! RECEIVES SEVENTH HP OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE AWARD

MADISON, Wis., October 17, 2001 – Parts Now! LLC, a Madison, Wis. based wholesaler of printer parts, printers, and repair services, has received the HP Outstanding Performance Award. Representatives from Hewlett-Packard Company (NYSE:HWP) presented the award to Parts Now! Director of Marketing & Strategy Jason Jensen September 13 at the 2001 Recharger World Expo in Las Vegas, Nev.

The announcement marks the seventh time Parts Now! has received the award, which has never been received by any other company in the printer parts industry.
