First “hands-on” Toshiba e-STUDIO™ 500P training available in the marketplace

Middleton, Wis. (Jan. 8, 2008) Parts Now!, the nation’s largest laser printer distributor, introduces its first Toshiba printer repair course on the heels of becoming an authorized printer distributor for Toshiba America Business Solutions Inc. (TABS) in the U.S.  Parts Now! designed the new course as the first “hands-on” training available for the Toshiba e-STUDIO™ 500P digital laser printer.   

“For dealers, our Toshiba e-STUDIO 500P training offers an opportunity to expand into service of the Toshiba medium/large workgroup printer series,” stated Steve Geishirt, director of training at Parts Now!. “Technicians can increase revenue by adding the Toshiba product line of monochrome printers to their service capabilities.” 

The one-day course is designed to find solutions faster in order to reduce printer downtime and keep business printing.  It includes both the Lexmark T Series and the Toshiba e-STUDIO 500P.  Training will be held at both the Parts Now! headquarters in Middleton, WI in February and the new Hayward, CA training center in March.  For more information about the course schedule, visit www.partsnow.com.
