PARTS NOW! CELEBRATES FIFTEEN YEARS OF PRINTER PARTS

Madison, Wis., February 20, 2004—From the first HP LaserJet printer to the newest releases, Parts Now! has provided printer repair technicians with the printer parts they need to service HP and Lexmark laser printers. This spring, they’re celebrating fifteen years in business.

Established in March of 1989, Parts Now! has grown from a small Wisconsin garage to the largest distributor of laser printer parts in the world. What is hasn’t lost, however, is its focus on printer parts—and only printer parts.

“Printer parts are our specialty, they are what we do well,” Parts Now! President & CEO Jay Spaanem said. “It is this concentrated focus on printer parts that has helped us increase our revenue every year since our inception.”

Spaanem cited personal account representatives for each customer as a big factor in forging these relationships.

Parts Now! has also used innovations like their advanced exchange program—which allows customers to receive a discount on certain parts if they send their old part back to Parts Now!.

“Every customer we have is different,” Spaanem said. “Having programs like advanced exchange allows us to work with them and determine the purchasing options that best fit their needs.”
