PARTS NOW! WILL RELOCATE ITS HEADQUARTERS TO A LARGER FACILITY IN DANE COUNTY
New Facilities Designed to Accommodate Future Growth

Madison, WI — June 6, 2006 — Parts Now! announced it will relocate its office and warehouse space at 3517 West Beltline Highway to a larger facility in Middleton, WI. By leasing the property located at 3150 Pleasant View Road, the company gains more square footage and additional acreage to accommodate future growth. Parts Now! plans to move their employees into the new location this fall. The company’s additional facility at 201 East Badger Road will remain at its current location until spring of 2007.

“We have experienced solid growth for 16 consecutive years,” stated Jay Spaanem, President and CEO of Parts Now!. “In 2005, our sales exceeded $91 million. We are confident that this new location will help us continue to maintain our leadership position as the largest laser printer parts distributor in the country.”

Parts Now! was created in March of 1989 in Monona, WI. A house and garage served as the initial site of the business where a respectable $305,000 in sales was generated. During the past eleven years at the 3517 West Beltline Highway facility, the total number of employees grew from 90 to 300. Today, the company is the largest laser printer parts distributor in the U.S.
