Description

Medical Insurance Starts the first of the month following 30 days from date of hire Allows for varying benefits depending on which provider is chosen
Dental Insurance Starts the first of the month following 30 days from date of hire Dental plan covers 100% of preventive/diagnostic care and a percentage of other procedures
Flex Spending Plan Starts the first of the month following 30 days from date of hire Allows for deduction of insurance premiums and setting aside of pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible health care and dependent day care.
Disability Insurance Starts the first of the month following 30 days from date of hire Short and long term coverage offered. Pays a maximum of 60% of your current salary
Basic Life Insurance Starts the first of the month following 30 days from date of hire 1 time annual salary rounded to the nearest thousand
Supplemental Life Insurance Starts the first of the month following 30 days from date of hire Life insurance policy pays out 1x, 2x or 3x your annual salary
401(k) Plan All active employees who have completed 1000 hours Parts Now! will match $.25 on every dollar you contribute, up to a maximum of 15% of your gross compensation.

Vacation Policy for Hourly, Salaried and Commissioned Sales

All full time new hires must complete 3 months of service with vacation credited at the rate of 4 hours per month for balance of calendar year in which hired.  Then annually vacation time will be credited to an employees vacation account as of each January 1 based on the full years of service that will be completed in each subsequent year as shown in the following schedule.

6 days may be carried forward from year to year. 

Paid Holidays

Salaried employees and hourly employees who have ninety days of continuous service are eligible for the following paid holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Day after Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Day
  • Additional floating holiday (effective 01/01/07)
