Parts Now — the development of an industry leader

Parts Now was born from opportunity nearly 25 years ago.

In 1989, laser printers were state-of-the-art, but replacing broken parts was wasteful and expensive. Even small problems — like a broken gear — required the whole internal assembly be replaced, at a huge cost to the business. That inefficiency spurred an idea for a new venture and Parts Now was born.

Entering a burgeoning market and capitalizing on the industry’s demands, Parts Now grew quickly, strengthened by its reputation for reliable products and exceptional customer service.  Parts Now quickly established relationships with all the major OEM’s. Those relationships remain strong to this day.

As the industry evolved, customers faced multifaceted repair challenges. Parts Now responded with a growing service area and an ever-evolving inventory. The company also built a reputation for helpful technical support and impartial, highly advanced repair education for technicians.

Today’s advancements include the innovative R4 MPS program, offering customers a suite of products that provide cost effective hosting solutions and collection tools that turn data into bottom line dollars.

The next advancement is out there and as the industry looks toward the next 25 years, Parts Now has the knowledge, the resources and the technology to remain the industry leader.
