We’re also eager to purchase your used Hewlett Packard and Lexmark business class laser printers. Depending on the machine, we’re able to salvage as many as 40 parts for refurbishing and reuse. Sending a core back to us? Check out these helpful hints...

• Return cores within 30 days of your exchange purchase (to avoid being charged). Please notify your account representative if you know they will be late.

• Please reference the part number on your RMA to ensure you are sending the correct part.

• When returning credit or warranty parts, please use the new RMA numbers supplied by your account representative. Do not return credits or warranties on the original RMA number supplied.

• When returning multiple RMAs in the same box, label each core with the correct RMA number.

• If you have additional cores to send in, please contact your sales representative for an additional RMA number.

• Use the supplied RMA return label or print a label from our Web site for each box containing a core for that RMA. To print the label off the web click here. The label should be clearly visible on the outside of the box. Do not cover it with a shipping label.

• If you have a problem with a part or have additional questions please contact your account representative before you send the part back.

• A good extra step is to enclose a copy of the packing slip with each and every core returned. That way, if the RMA label is damaged in transit, we still have the packing slip in the box to show where we should apply the core.

• When in doubt, please call your account representative. We want to ensure a smooth process for our customers.
